Privacy policy (detailed template)

What we collect

Institution data (tenant settings), staff and student account details, academic records, finance records (fees/invoices/receipts), and operational logs (audit trails). We also collect technical telemetry needed to keep the service reliable (performance and error logs).

How we use data

To provide the service, support users, secure accounts, comply with institutional policies, and generate reports requested by the institution. We do not sell student or staff data.

Data retention & deletion

Retention is controlled by institutional policy and contract. Upon termination, we support export of institution data and deletion schedules as agreed.
